HOW IS BIDHOUSE
STRUCTURED?
The Bidhouse NFT project is an ecosystem structured in two phases which gives its investors access to a number of utilities such as educational content, real estate investment opportunities, exclusive discounts, Solana airdrops and much more.
The blockchain chosen for the project is Solana which unlike the Ethereum Blockchain has much lower gas fees.
Through the Solana Blockchain, we aim to bring Crypto into the real, tangible world. Our goal is to purchase apartments which will be made available to rent and share the profits within the community, which is a great method of earning passive income.
The collection will consist of 11,111 NFTs that will be classified according to rarity into five categories from common to mythical. Their price and benefits will differ depending on the rarity of the NFT.
From the total collection of the project only 10,000 NFTs will be released for sale while 1,000 will be invested in marketing as a currency to promote our project with influencers and brand ambassadors.
The remaining 111 NFTs will be shared amongst the team behind the project. With the funds raised from the sale of the NFTs we plan to purchase new apartments, to start with in Bucharest, Romania and later as the project develops, to expand nationally and internationally.
PHASE 1
The apartments to be purchased under the project will be offered for rent for three periods of time depending on demand and area: long, medium and short term rental.
Long-term, apartments will be rented to families for a minimum of 1-2 years to ensure financial security for investors and NFT buyers.
Medium term. They will be rented for 2-7 days through companies like Airbnb, Booking, etc. Here the value of profits and gains for the landlords will be higher and the profit is to be determined.
Short term rental will be available to video chatters and podcasters. In designing the apartment we will be using an interior designer to ensure professionalism.
The apartments will be rented 24 hours a day, the rest of the time they will be undergoing cleaning and maintenance. The rental price for this period of the apartments will start from $100 per day. We will also make available photographers, video editors and sound engineers to create the necessary content at a higher quality, this will all be available at at an extra cost. The profits of these services will be shared amongst the NFT holders.
PHASE 2
The second phase of the project will run simultaneously with the first phase. The second phase is based on the construction of the first Crypto Headquarters in the world. Designers and architects in our team are already working on this project. This phase is in continuous development. In this Crypto Headquarters will take place conferences in hubs where people passionate about Crypto, business and not only will be able to meet, discuss and relax in a fairytale atmosphere, all this will happen closer to nature, in a forest, away from the urban agglomeration. In addition, in each apartment owned by the community we plan to exhibit artwork that will also be sold through Crypto. 75% of the sale price will go back to the artist and 25% will add to our community profits.
